Warranty Policy

12-MONTH WARRANTY

Every Kyote Dog Swag is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of delivery.

This warranty is separate from, and in addition to, your 30-night trial under our Refund Policy.

WHAT'S COVERED

This warranty covers faults caused by defects in materials or workmanship, including:

• Frame welds, joints or fittings failing under normal use
• Zippers or fasteners failing due to a manufacturing fault
• Stitching or seams coming apart under normal use
• Fabric or foam that fails prematurely due to a manufacturing defect

WHAT'S NOT COVERED

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear from regular use
• Damage caused by chewing, digging, urine, water damage beyond normal use, or other pet-related wear
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper cleaning or unauthorised repairs
• Fading or discolouration from sun exposure over time
• Products used outside their intended purpose

HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM

Email enquiries@kyote.com.au with your order number, a description of the fault and clear photographs. We'll assess your claim and get back to you with next steps.

REMEDY

Where a claim is approved, we'll repair, replace or refund the product, at our discretion. If a replacement part or product is no longer available, we'll offer the closest equivalent or another appropriate remedy.

AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this warranty excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy if a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee — and these rights exist regardless of, and in addition to, this warranty.
